ORDERING PROCESS/SHIPPING
In order to ship we require the following information:
- Complete shipping address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Method of payment (Mastercard, Visa, money wire, certified check, purchase order)
Following receipt of payment we will begin processing the order. Please let our representatives know the urgency of the shipment so we choose the best available shipping method. Depending on location and urgency, Limestone ships via UPS/DHL/FedEX/Domestic Postal Service. Various options include overnight, express (2-3 business days), expedited (3-5 business days), standard (5-7 business days) and domestic postal service (unknown).
NO SPECIAL EXPORT PERMITS REQUIRED
Limestone Technologies is a Canadian company and there are no special export permits required for exporting our polygraph software and instrumentation internationally. International clients can anticipate delivery immediately following their confirmed order.
RETURN POLICY
Merchandise may be returned only if prior approval is given, including an RMA number. Merchandise may be returned prepaid within thirty (30) days following receipt of the item and in the original shipping carton. COD shipments will not be accepted. Unit must be returned in saleable condition, and credit is subject to inspection of the merchandise. You will be assessed a restocking fee of up to 20%.
