Recently, after being very frustrated with one of the other polygraph companies, I switched to Limestone Technologies. I attended Jamie's excellent presentation at the NPEA Summer Seminar and that was all the 'push' I needed. Every examiner in my office now runs Limestone equipment and we all are very satisfied.

We feel that Limestone offers the 'cutting edge' in polygraph instrumentation and research.

But, no recommendation of Limestone would be complete without commenting on their excellent customer service. The instruments all work very well, unfortunately, there sometimes is 'examiner error' involved in making the switch from one manufacturer to another. Jamie, Tyler and all of the crew handled my questions quickly, accurately and walked me through my issues.

If anyone is considering buying a new computerized polygraph, call me and we'll talk. I'll tell you why I looked at everything on the market and went with Limestone.

I was first introduced to Limestone Technologies and Polygraph Professional Suite in October 2005 when I was contracted by the RCMP to conduct Pre Employment Polygraph tests on applicants.

I was so impressed with Limestone Technologies and the Polygraph Professional Suite that I purchased a system for use in my private polygraph company.

To dated I have conducted over 400 polygraph tests with the Limestone Technologies Polygraph Professional Suite with no problems or concerns.

When I first switched from analogue to computerized polygraph of another manufacturer in 2004, it was just like a switch from driving a manual car to an automatic car. But when I switched to Limestone polygraph suite in early 2006, it was like switching from a basic automatic car to one with sports-shift (tiptronic). The experience was totally different. It was so powerful and easy to use. In every test there is no worry that I may not get a good tracing due to bad instrumentation. In addition, the Limestone polygraph suite is packed with many advanced and useful features. Some of my favorites are the ability to display both the raw & auto EDA concurrently, clear discernible tracings always, uncapped range for tracing sensitivity, and above-all is their unequal customer support.

I have been a Limestone customer for nearly three years. I have used every other instrument available, with the exception of one. By far, the Limestone Professional Suite is the best instrument on the market. I am simply amazed that the professionals at Limestone have taken the lead in the industry in such a short period of time. They have accomplished more in a few years than other manufacturers have in decades. The Professional Suite software incorporates the most user friendly and technologically advanced product in the polygraph field to date. The ChartSync feature works without a hitch. It is extremely advantageous to have the audio/video aligned with the physiology. This makes the detection of countermeasures much easier for the examiner.

The customer service is second to none. With another manufacturer, I waited over a week for a reply from their support staff. With Limestone, Jamie and Tyler were on the phone with me immediately. They posted a fix on their web site within thirty minutes and solved my problem. I was astounded to find out they did so while they were conducting a training seminar away from their offices. I can't imagine any better service anywhere. Limestone has made a lifelong customer. Thank you so much for your continued dedication to this important field.
